After login with Google account, by default this phone will automatically synchronize or backup data to Google cloud server, so we will have 2 phonebook storage, one is on our TCL 10 Pro and the other one store at https://contacts.google.com. Beside having backup at Google cloud for our contact, we can also backup or export our contact or phonebook at TCL 10 Pro using Export menu at Contacts menu.
- Turn on TCL 10 Pro
- Open applications: Contacts
- Choose all contact to backup: Contacts > Menu > Export contacts
- Choose Export to storage
- The filename of exported file will be show to tell us where the exported file is
- We have to upload new created backup file to Email attachment or Cloud Storage Server

- Turn on TCL 10 Pro
- Connect TCL 10 Pro with computer using USB data cable
